The following are new works created by Denise Sirchie:

"Color Me Alive"
23L x 20”W

Commissioned by the Western Rivers Conservatory: Salmon for the Sandy Program (see Shows Page).

"Staff of Life"
52”L x  17”W

Also commissioned by the Western Rivers Conservatory: Salmon for the Sandy Program (see Shows Page).

The salmon glitters as if swimming in a crystal clear stream; intention accomplished.

"Comet", by Denise Sirchie

"Comet"
16h x 18 w x 8d

What more can a reindeer hope to be other than Santa's?  Copper infused grout, holiday sparkle, and all the magic I could muster to breathe a magical life into "Comet."

"Venus de Gato"
20”H x 6”W x 4”D, Village Frame & Gallery

Whimsical: intended to make the eyes crease due to smiling. The mouth is an innocent fish, the breasts: lavender crystals; adorned with jewels, complete with a tale from “Alice in Wonderland.”

"Gazella"
21”H x 14”W x 6”D

This particular gazelle whispers depth and dimension as its base materials "ground" the creature. The graceful symmetry embodies speed and agility.

"Prince"
15”H x 16”W x 4”D

A commissioned work for a desired “gaudy” peacock.  I utilized my client’s jewelry and, with much imagination, “Prince” was born from a vessel, once a vase.
